I do another search with the below function and then compare both lists and devices that dont match are the ones that show up as yellow exclamation mark in the device manager. Select appropriate driver that is marked with yellow color question mark, then right button, update driver, insert the mother board CD that comes along with Laptop or system select this time only. The user mentioned he has installed the drivers CD from the manufacturer. The main thing I'm concerned with is the AMD High Definition Audio Device because I have a TV connected via HDMI cord and sound wont work on it. In the device manager, the DVD/CD-ROM drives appear with exclamation mark.
